Branded self-service order tracking & fault reporting portal
- As an option, EquiLine WLR3 Portal can provide a branded online portal for end users to track the status of their orders. Just quote the CP's order reference and the latest tracking details are provided.
- For many faults, end users can be guided through the fault reporting process themselves via the branded self-service portal. Faults reported this way are automatically logged with OpenReach and visible to CPs via EquiLine WLR3 Portal.

Multi-level aggregator/reseller model
- EquiLine WLR3 Portal enables channel partners to manage their resellers' profiles online - creating logins, managing reseller hierarchies, assigning specific roles to specific logins. Channel partners can offer additional value-added services to their resellers (eg delegated fault reporting services, order jeopardy management services) simply by configuring the resellers into a hierarchy and assigning logins to those resellers. Alternatively, resellers may be configured to manage their assurance and fulfilment activities independently of a partner - all at the click of a button.
